1. Who operates this tool
ReelForge Media Uploader is operated by ReelForge Digital in Kildare, Ireland. Questions or data requests can be sent to reel1forge@gmail.com.
2. Information we access
When you connect a YouTube account, Google provides an authorisation token and the YouTube permissions you approve. These permissions may allow the tool to upload videos and set their approved titles, descriptions, visibility and publishing schedule. We never ask for or receive your Google password.
3. How the information is used
Google and YouTube account data is used only to authenticate the connection and perform publishing actions requested or approved by the account owner. It is not used for advertising, sold to third parties or used to train general-purpose artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.
4. Storage and retention
Authorisation credentials are protected and retained only for as long as needed to keep the requested account connection active. Video files and publishing information are retained only as needed to provide the requested service, meet legal obligations or resolve a support issue. They are deleted or anonymised when no longer required.
5. Sharing
We do not sell Google user data. Information is shared only with Google and YouTube to carry out authorised publishing actions, with service providers where necessary to operate the tool securely, or where disclosure is required by law.
6. Security
Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used to protect account credentials and content from unauthorised access, loss or misuse. Access is limited to what is needed to operate and support the tool.
7. Your choices and deletion requests
You may revoke access at any time through your Google Account's third-party connections page. You may also request access, correction or deletion of information held by ReelForge Digital by emailing reel1forge@gmail.com.
8. Google API Services User Data Policy
ReelForge Media Uploader's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the tool or legal requirements change. The latest version will always be published on this page with its effective date.
